8.4.5 Downloading File

/record/yyyyMMdd/HH/Video.mp4
For the video file information obtained through 8.4.1, convert its btime corresponding utc timestamp to local year, month, day, hour, minute and second, splice the corresponding /yyyyMMdd directory and hour directory /HH after the /record directory, and then splice the filename /filename to access the corresponding video file.
